World Citizen Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Concept
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have become critical pillars for the sustainability and ethical conduct of global organizations while the idea of World Citizenship emphasizes the interconnectedness of individuals across the globe, transcending national and cultural boundaries. WCDEI utilizes the World Citizenship idea for the development of DEI organizational development strategies which foster and enhance:

As organizations work and expand across borders, developing universal WCDEI principles is essential not only for fostering an inclusive workplace but even more so for each organization’s viability in it’s increasingly diverse and fluid environments. WCDEI explores the significance of DEI in organizational development and proposes the creation of universal DEI standards under the premise of the World Citizenship conceptual framework.
